1984 No. 76 AUSTRALIAN MILITARY REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 4

Adaptations of Rules of Procedure 22, 23, 26, 27, 32 and 36: peace and war service

4. Regulation 308 of the Australian Military Regulations is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (c) "and" (last occurring); and

   (b)  by inserting after paragraph (c) the following paragraph:

"(ca) R.P. 36 (A)-as if paragraph (ii) were omitted; and".
