1984 No. 78 AUSTRALIAN MILITARY REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 3

3. Regulation 76 of the Australian Military Regulations is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (1) (d) "or" (last occurring);

   (b)  by adding at the end of sub-regulation (1) the following word and
        paragraph:

"; or (f) an officer included in a Division established by regulation 22 to
another such Division "; and

   (c)  by adding at the end thereof the following sub-regulation:

"(4) An officer shall not be transferred from one Division to another under
paragraph (1) (f) unless his consent in writing to be so transferred has been
delivered to the Governor-General or to an officer authorized by the
Governor-General under sub-regulation (1).".
