  3.1   Paragraph 6 (9) (a):
Omit "14", substitute "9".
  3.2   Subregulation 6 (9):
After paragraph 6 (9) (b), insert: "and (c) subject to subregulation 6 (9A),
operations by Mayne Nickless Limited may include not more than 12 aircraft
movements by aircraft of the kind known as DC9;".
  3.3   After subregulation 6 (9), insert:


"(9A) Paragraph 6 (9) (c) does not apply to an aircraft referred to in that
paragraph unless the aircraft complies with the relevant requirements in
relation to noise levels specified in chapter 3 of Part II of Volume I of the
Annex in respect of its classification in that Part.".
