Commonwealth Numbered Regulations Commonwealth Numbered Regulations(1) For the purposes of paragraph 10(4)(b) of the Act, the value of material proposed to be disposed is to be determined by one or more independent experts appointed, in writing, by the Director.
(2) The Director must not appoint a person under subsection (1) unless the Director is satisfied on reasonable grounds that the person has appropriate qualifications or expertise to determine the value of the material proposed to be disposed.
