1984 No. 188 AIR NAVIGATION (AIRCRAFT NOISE) REGULATIONS - REG 13

13. (1) An application may be made to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for
review of a decision by the Secretary or an authorized officer-

   (a)  refusing the issue of a noise certificate under regulation 6; or

   (b)  revoking a noise certificate under sub-regulation 10 (2).

(2) A notice referred to in sub-regulation 6 (2) or 10 (2) shall include a
statement to the effect that, subject to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal 
Act 1975 , application may be made to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for
review of the decision to which the notice relates by or on behalf of a person
whose interests are affected by the decision.

(3) A failure to comply with sub-regulation (2) in relation to a decision does
not affect the validity of the decision.
