1985 No. 329 AIR NAVIGATION REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2
Exemption of aircraft and spare parts from seizure on patent claims
2. Regulation 327 of the Air Navigation Regulations is amended by omitting
from paragraph (4) (b) "British subjects resident in Australian territory" and
substituting "Australian citizens".
