1996 No. 293 AIRPORTS (PROTECTION OF AIRSPACE) REGULATIONS - REG 17

17. (1) Subject to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975, application
may be made to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for review of a decision of
the Secretary to make a declaration under regulation 5.

(2) Subject to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975, application for
review of a decision of the Secretary under regulation  14 or 16 may be made
to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal by:

   (a)  the proponent; or

   (b)  the airport-lessee company; or

   (c)  the building authority concerned.
