AIRPORTS (ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) 1998 No. 96 - REG 3

3. New regulation 1.03A 
3.1 After regulation 1.03, insert: Airports to which Division 3 of Part 6 of
the Act applies

"1.03A. For paragraph 131A (b) of the Act, the following airports are
specified:

   (a)  Archerfield Airport;

   (b)  Essendon Airport;

   (c)  Jandakot Airport;

   (d)  Moorabbin Airport;

   (e)  Parafield Airport.".
