1990 No. 443 AUSTUDY REGULATIONS - REG 26

26. (1) A secondary student is a student doing a secondary course.

(2) There are 2 categories of secondary student:

   (a)  general; and

   (b)  adult.

(3) A general secondary student is a student who is under 19 years old on 1
January in the year of study.

(4) An adult secondary student is a secondary student who is at least 19 years
old on 1 January in the year of study.
