1990 No. 443 AUSTUDY REGULATIONS - REG 57

57. A parent 1 or the spouse 2 of the student must also sign the form if
details about them are included on the form, unless:

   (a)  the parent or spouse cannot sign the form because of illness,
        incapacity or a long absence; or

   (b)  the parent or spouse signs a separate statement which contains the
        information and which is lodged with the Department. Notes to
