21.1 Subregulation 48 (1): After "41 (1)", insert "and regulation 55".
21.2 Paragraph 48 (1) (a):
After "failed year", insert ", or failed part of a year,".
21.3 Subparagraph 48 (1) (a) (ii):
Omit "contol", substitute "control".
21.4 Subparagraph 48 (1) (b) (ii):
