1993 No. 367 AUSTUDY REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 28

28.1 Paragraph 61 (a): Omit the paragraph, substitute:

"(a) $8,132 for a student who:

        (i)    has a dependent child; and

        (ii)   is not living with his or her spouse or in a de facto
               relationship; or".
28.2 Paragraph 61 (b): Omit "$6,786", substitute "$6,917".
28.3 Subparagraph 61 (b) (i): Omit the subparagraph, substitute:

"(i) has a dependent child; or".
28.4 Paragraph 61 (c): Omit the paragraph, substitute:

"(c) for another student-the amount shown in the following table that is:

        (i)    opposite to the rate; and

        (ii)   in the column; applicable to the student:
