51.1 Paragraph 111B (1) (e): Omit the paragraph, substitute:

"(e) within the 6 months preceding the application for AUSTUDY, the student
has lodged with the Department an application for, but has not received, a tax
file number;".
51.2 Paragraph 111B (2) (a): Omit "paragraph (1) (a), (c) or (d)", substitute
"paragraph (1) (a) or (c)".
51.3 Paragraph 111B (2) (b): Omit "paragraph (1) (e)", substitute "paragraph
(1) (d)".
51.4 Paragraph 111B (2) (c): Omit "paragraph (1) (f)", substitute "paragraph
(1) (e)".
51.5 Paragraph 111B (2) (d): Omit "paragraph (1) (g)", substitute "paragraph
(1) (f)".
51.6 Subregulation 111B (3): Omit "Paragraph (1) (f)", substitute "Paragraph
