1993 No. 367 AUSTUDY REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 7

7.1 Paragraph 9 (1) (b): Omit the paragraph, substitute:

"(b) the student:

        (i)    starts full-time study in his or her course by the Friday of
               the second week of classes in the first term or semester; or

        (ii)   was prevented by illness or circumstances beyond his or her
               control from starting on time; or

        (iii)  in the case of a secondary student-the school has approved the
               absence of the student; and".
