3.1 Subclause 6 (1), note: Omit the note, substitute:

"(Note: If the person is a member of a couple, the value of the car benefit
must be halved in certain circumstances (see subclause (2).)".

3.2 Subclause 16 (1), note (first occurring): Omit the note, substitute:

"(Note: For the meaning of 'housing loan', see clause 17.)".

3.3 Clause 17: Omit the note, substitute:

"(Note: For the meaning of 'relevant interest', see clause 18.)".
