7. Regulation 38 (Levels of tertiary courses)
7.1 Paragraph 38 (1) (c):
Omit "associate diplomas", substitute "associate degrees, associate diplomas".
7.2 Paragraph 38 (5) (a): Omit the paragraph, substitute:
"(a) an associate degree course;
(ab) an associate diploma course;".
