ARCHIVES REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) 1998 No. 273 - REG 2

2.1 The Archives Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations. Note
The following note is inserted at the end of regulation 2:

"Note Words and expressions that are defined in the Act and used in these
Regulations have the same meaning in these Regulations as they do in the Act
(see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, s 46 (1) (a)). For example, subsection 3
(1) of the Act contains a definition of Commonwealth institution and
subsection 3 (3A) contains a definition of discretionary service.".
