Commonwealth Numbered Regulations Commonwealth Numbered Regulations(1) The holder of a licence must, at least once every 3 years, review and update the plans and arrangements mentioned in section 60 in relation to the licence.
(2) The holder of a licence must keep records of any changes made to the plans and arrangements.
(3) Subsection (1) does not apply to the extent that the licence makes other arrangements for a matter mentioned in that subsection.
