8. A licence granted under regulation 5 of the Principal Regulations as in
force immediately before the commencement of these Regulations continues in
force until the day on which that licence would, but for these Regulations,
cease to be in force, as if it were a licence granted by the Corporation under
Regulation 5 of the Principal Regulations as amended by these Regulations.
