1992 No. 114 AUSTRALIAN WOOL CORPORATION REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 3

3.1 After subregulation 5F(1), insert:

"(1A) If:

   (a)  the Corporation registers a wool-tax payer in the circumstances
        mentioned in subregulation 5DA (1); and

   (b)  for that reason the Corporation cannot give to the registered wool-tax
        payer at least 28 days before the day on which an annual general
        meeting is to be held the notice and other documents specified in
        subregulation (1) in respect of that meeting; the Corporation is taken
        to have complied with subregulation (1) if it gives the notice and
        other documents to the registered wool-tax payer at the earliest
        practicable time before the meeting.".
