BUSINESS NAMES REGISTRATION (TRANSITIONAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL PROVISIONS) REGULATIONS 2011 (SLI NO 215 OF 2011) - REG 5

                For subitem 3 (6) of Schedule 1 to the Act, the following details are prescribed:

                (a)    the State or Territory in which a business name is registered under the registration law of a State or Territory and the reference identification under which the business name is registered;

               (b)    if a person has provided a home address in relation to the registration of the business name under the registration law of a State or Territory -- the home address.

Note    Subitem 3 (6) of Schedule 1 to the Act provides that the Register may include any other details prescribed in relation to business names registered before the change-over day to a group of persons carrying on a business.
