10. Regulation 12 of the Principal Regulations is amended by adding at the end
the following subregulation:

"(2) For the purposes of subsection 6B (7) of the Act, where the construction
or modification of a bountiable vessel in respect of which an amount of bounty
is reserved is completed at any time within the period of 6 months immediately
following the end of the financial year commencing on 1 July 1988, the
construction or modification of the vessel shall be deemed to have been
completed within that financial year.".
