1980 No. 385 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENTS) - REG 15

Application to register as a trustee 
15. Rule 58 of the Bankruptcy Rules is amended-
(a) by omitting from sub-rule (1) "in the office of" (wherever occurring)
and substituting "with"; and

   (b)  by omitting from sub-paragraph (ii) of paragraph (b) of sub-rule (2)
        "14" and substituting "28".
