18. After rule 81 of the Bankruptcy Rules the following rule is inserted:
Publication of notice under sub-section 224A (3) of the Act



"81A. For the purposes of sub-section 224A (3) of the Act, the Registrar shall
cause the notice referred to in that sub-section to be published in such
newspaper or newspapers as he considers appropriate.".
