1980 No. 385 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENTS) - REG 21

21. Rule 96 of the Bankruptcy Rules is amended-
(a) by omitting from sub-rule (1) "At a meeting" and substituting "Subject to
sub-rule (1A), at a meeting"; and

   (b)  by inserting after sub-rule (1) the following sub-rule:

"(1A) Where only 1 creditor is entitled to vote at a meeting of creditors,
that creditor, present personally, by attorney or by proxy, constitutes a
quorum.".
