1980 No. 385 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENTS) - REG 26

26. Rule 147 of the Bankruptcy Rules is amended by omitting sub-paragraphs (i)
and (ii) of paragraph (d) of sub-rule (2) and substituting the following
sub-paragraphs:

"(i) any book that relates to matters in question in the proceeding or in
which an entry relating to such a matter has been made; or

   (ii) a copy of, or an extract from, any such book,".
