14. Rule 25 of the Bankruptcy Rules is repealed and the following rule
substituted: Notice of hearing of reference of debtor's petition by Court

"25. (1) Where the Registrar refers-

   (a)  a debtor's petition and statement of affairs to the Court in
        accordance with sub-section 55 (4) or 56 (5) of the Act; or

   (b)  a joint debtor's petition and statements of affairs to the Court in
        accordance with sub-section 57 (5) of the Act, the Registrar shall
        serve on the solicitor for the debtor, or the solicitor for each
        debtor, as the case requires, notice of the date, time and place fixed
        for the hearing of the reference by the Court.



"(2) Where the Registrar refers a debtor's petition and statement of affairs
to the Court in accordance with sub-section 56 (6) of the Act, the Registrar
shall serve on each of the partners who did not join in presenting the
petition notice of the date, time and place fixed for the hearing of the
reference by the Court.".
