1991 No. 117 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENT) - RULE 12

  12.1   Omit the rule, substitute:
Statement of realisation and distribution of estate

"47. (1) For the purposes of subsection 140 (8) of the Act, a statement must
be in accordance with Form 21.

"(2) If the trustee sends a notice under subsection 140 (3) or (5) of the Act,
he or she must give to the Official Receiver:

   (a)  a copy of the statement referred to in subrule (1); and

   (b)  a copy of the most recent account, in accordance with Form 33,
        required under subsection 175 (1) of the Act.".
