1991 No. 117 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENT) - RULE 20

20. Rule 67 (Application for release from trusteeship) 
  20.1   Subrule 67 (2):
Omit the subrule, substitute:

"(2) The application must be accompanied by:

   (a)  a statement, in accordance with Form 21, of the realisation and
        distribution of the estate by the trustee; and

   (b)  a copy of the most recent account, in accordance with Form 33,
        required under subsection 175 (1) of the Act.".
