1996 No. 263 BANKRUPTCY REGULATIONS - REG 15.09

15.09. (1) Subject to this regulation, all members of a committee must be
present in order to constitute a quorum for a meeting of the committee.

(2) At a meeting of a committee a matter is to be decided by a majority of the
votes of the members.

(3) Any member may participate in a meeting by telephone.

(4) A member who participates in a meeting by telephone is taken to be present
at the meeting.

(5) A committee may keep minutes of proceedings at its meetings.
