1996 No. 263 BANKRUPTCY REGULATIONS - REG 4.03

4.03. (1) Subject to subregulation (2), the only persons who may inspect a
bankruptcy notice lodged with the Official Receiver are:

   (a)  a person specified in the notice; and

   (b)  a party to a proceeding to which the notice relates; and

   (c)  a solicitor acting for a person mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b).

(2) If a creditor's petition is presented that is founded on an act of
bankruptcy consisting of failure to comply with a bankruptcy notice, that
notice (as lodged with the Official Receiver) is open to public inspection.
