1996 No. 263 BANKRUPTCY REGULATIONS - REG 8.12

Remuneration of Official Trustee 
8.12. For the purposes of subsection 163 (1) of the Act, the fees and charges
specified in regulation 16.07 and Schedule 10 are prescribed as the
remuneration of the Official Trustee.
