Commonwealth Numbered Regulations Commonwealth Numbered Regulations(1) For the purposes of subsection 231(1) of the Act, a provision specified in Part 4 of Schedule 3 to this instrument is modified in accordance with that Part in relation to its application, in accordance with that subsection, to a debtor who has executed a personal insolvency agreement.
(2) For the purposes of subsection 231(3) of the Act, a provision specified in Part 5 of Schedule 3 to this instrument is modified in accordance with that Part in relation to its application, in accordance with that subsection, to a personal insolvency agreement.
