                   For the purposes of subsection 29(5) of the Act, the following countries are prescribed:

                     (a)  Jersey;

                     (b)  Malaysia;

                     (c)  Papua New Guinea;

                     (d)  Singapore;

                     (e)  Switzerland;

                      (f)  the United States of America.
