BANKRUPTCY REGULATIONS 2021 (F2021L00261) - REG 89

Purpose and operation of this Division

                   For the purposes of subsection 277B(1) of the Act, this Division establishes an infringement notice scheme, as an alternative to prosecution, for an infringement notice provision.
