In spite of subregulation (1), a person may produce such a modification or replacement part if the person holds an approval to do so issued under regulation 30 of CAR 1988 (as in force immediately before 1 December 1998).

(1B)

Subregulation (1A) ceases to have effect on 30 November 2003.
