4.1 Subregulation 8 (1): Omit "a person authorised in writing by the Authority
for the purposes of this regulation", substitute "an authorised person".
4.2 Subregulation 8 (2): After "Authority", insert "or an authorised person".
4.3 Subregulation 8 (3): After "Authority", insert "or an authorised person".
4.4 Subregulation 8 (4): After "The Authority", insert "or an authorised
person".
4.5 Subregulation 8 (4): After "unless the Authority", insert "or the
authorised person".
