1  After regulation 178

Insert:

178A   Forfeited ships--prescribed Acts

             (1)  For paragraph 228(2)(c) of the Act, the following are prescribed:

                     (a)  the Fisheries Management Act 1991 ;

                     (b)  the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 ;

                     (c)  the Torres Strait Fisheries Act 1984 .

             (2)  For paragraph 228(3)(c) of the Act, the Maritime Powers Act 2013 is prescribed.

2  Schedule 1AAD (table item 11A)

Omit "paragraph 185B(2)(b)".

3  Schedule 1AAD (table items 11B and 14)

Repeal the items.

Repeal the cell, substitute:
