1994 No. 100 CHEQUES AND PAYMENT ORDERS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2

2.1 Omit the regulation, substitute:
'2A. For the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of non-bank financial
institution in subsection 3 (1) of the Act, the following registered
corporations are prescribed:

   (a)  Dalgety Farmers Limited;

   (b)  Elders Rural Finance Limited;

   (c)  Wesfarmers Limited;

   (d)  Westralian Farmers Co-operative Limited.'.
