1985 No. 161 COURTS-MARTIAL APPEALS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 9

9. Regulation 18 of the Principal Regulations is amended-
(a) by inserting "or application for leave to appeal" after "appeal" (first
occurring); and

   (b)  by omitting paragraph (b) and substituting the following paragraph:



"(b) the chief of staff whose duty it is to undertake the defence of the
appeal, application or matter,".
