1988 NO. 158 CIVIL AVIATION REGULATIONS - REG 114

Qualifications for grant of flight service officer licence
114. A person is not eligible to be granted a flight service officer licence
unless:

   (a)  the person has attained the age of 21 years;

   (b)  having submitted to a medical examination conducted by an approved
        medical practitioner and having at the time of that medical
        examination furnished, or authorised the furnishing of, his or her
        medical history, the person establishes that he or she meets the
        medical standards that the Authority notifies in
        Civil Aviation Orders; and

   (c)  the person has passed such examinations, and has produced evidence of
        such practical experience in relation to the licence or rating sought,
        as the Authority notifies in Civil Aviation Orders.
