1988 NO. 158 CIVIL AVIATION REGULATIONS - REG 117
Re-examination of holders of licences
117. The Authority may, if it appears to be necessary in the interests of the
safety of air navigation for the holder of a flight service officer licence to
demonstrate his or her continued fitness or proficiency in the capacity for
which the licence or any rating endorsed on the licence is held, require the
holder of the licence to undergo a medical or other examination.
