1988 NO. 158 CIVIL AVIATION REGULATIONS - REG 125
Interpretation
125. In this Division:
"aircraft" includes a state aircraft;
"Rescue and Fire Fighting Service" means a Rescue and Fire Fighting Service
established and maintained at an aerodrome under regulation 126;
"State fire brigade" means a fire brigade established and maintained under a
law of a State, and includes a fire brigade established and maintained under a
law of a Territory of the Commonwealth.
