1988 NO. 158 CIVIL AVIATION REGULATIONS - REG 130

Policies of insurance against fire
130. Where damage is caused, whether directly or indirectly, to property by
reason of the exercise of a power under regulation 128 in relation to a fire,
the damage shall, for the purposes of any policy of insurance against fire
covering the property damaged, be deemed to be damaged by fire, and shall be
so deemed notwithstanding a provision to the contary in the policy.
