1988 NO. 158 CIVIL AVIATION REGULATIONS - REG 208
Number of operating crew
208. The minimum operating crew of an Australian aircraft shall not be less in
number than that specified in the certificate of airworthiness of, or the
flight manual for, the aircraft, and shall be supplemented by such additional
operating crew members, having such qualifications, as the Authority considers
necessary and directs, having regard to the safety of air navigation.
