1988 NO. 158 CIVIL AVIATION REGULATIONS - REG 211

211. An applicant for an Air Operator's Certificate:

   (a)  shall furnish such information as the Authority reasonably requires
        for a proper consideration of the application; and

   (b)  shall satisfy such conditions (if any) as the Authority specifies, in
        Civil Aviation Orders, in relation to an application for such a
        Certificate.
