1988 NO. 158 CIVIL AVIATION REGULATIONS - REG 234

Fuel requirements
234. An aircraft shall not commence a flight within Australian territory or to
or from Australian territory if the quantity of fuel and oil on board is less
than the quantity which the Authority, having regard to the circumstances of
the proposed flight and the safety of the aircraft, considers necessary and
directs.
