1988 NO. 158 CIVIL AVIATION REGULATIONS - REG 266

Cancellation at request of holder 
266. Where the holder of a licence or certificate advises the Authority that
he or she no longer wishes to hold the licence or certificate, the Authority
shall cancel the licence or certificate.
