1988 NO. 158 CIVIL AVIATION REGULATIONS - REG 272
Liability for expense arising out of cancellation or suspension of licence or certificate
272. Neither the Commonwealth nor the Authority shall be liable for any
expense, loss or damage incurred because of or arising out of the cancellation
or suspension of a licence or certificate granted under the Regulations.
