301. (1) The holder of a licence, certificate or other document issued under
these Regulations, or a person having the custody of a licence, certificate or
other document issued under these Regulations, shall, if the Authority by
notice in writing so requires, surrender the licence, certificate or document
to the Authority within such time as is specified in the notice.

(2) A person shall not, with intent to evade the requirements of this
regulation, destroy, mutilate or deface any document which he or she is
required to surrender to the Authority.
